Since I last wrote, a lot has happened and a move to Italy as originally planned was not going to work out. Once this was decided by all involved, God opened up the doors for me to move to Southampton, which is a city only half an hour away from my other sisters (about an hour south of London). I have found a great church and am enjoying the good teaching and fellowship with other believers, which is real blessing in a place like England since good churches are hard to find.
Since moving there, I have had a few opportunities to witness to those I meet on my dog walks as well as reaching out to a photographer friend. I have established more friendships through the new fitness classes I’m teaching and have had opportunities to witness there too. In August, I was thankful to be able to join the BMW missionaries for the annual field conference in Germany and was able to premiere the trailer to the European Field Video to the missionaries there.
At the end of September, I headed out to South Carolina for 6 weeks with my oldest (disabled) sister as her carer. This is where I am writing from at this time. It’s been great to catch up with friends and family and I’m looking forward to the remainder of my time here. While taking opportunities to visit people, I’m also still working on the editing of the European Field Video. This is a huge project, but I’m plugging away at it and hope to have it finished in the not-too-distant future! I’d appreciate prayer as I continue to edit it and also for guidance regarding future work.
Thanks for your support - it's so appreciated!
